FAQ

What is your split and cap?
We offer an 80/20 split with a low annual cap, so you (the agent) keep 80% of the gross commission on each transaction until you reach the annual cap, and the brokerage receives 20% of the total commission per transaction. After you hit your cap, you keep 100% of the total gross commission for the remainder of that year.

How does your cap model work?
We use a cap model, which means the brokerage only receives 20% of the gross commissions up to a set dollar amount each year. Once you reach your annual cap, you keep 100% of your commission per transactions for the rest of your anniversary year.

Do you have monthly fees?
No. We do not charge monthly, desk, technology, franchise, printer, or any other fees to our agents. Our goal is for you to keep your heard earned money and focus on building your business, not covering the brokerage's overhead.

What do you provide for free (signs, marketing, etc.)?
We provide free “For Sale” signs, lock boxes, basic listing signage, your first set of business cards, and core marketing materials to help you launch your brand with us. You also get free brokerage-backed marketing strategy, processes, templates and support so you’re not designing everything from scratch yourself.

What kind of training and onboarding do you offer?
We have a structured 30/60/90 day onboarding and training process that walks you through our systems, contracts, lead generation, marketing strategies, and best practices. You’ll have hands‑on support and mentorship from day one with us, and ongoing training so you can ramp up quickly, stay sharp, and begin earning commission quickly.

Do you hire brand-new or part-time agents?
Yes. We welcome new and part‑time agents who are serious about growing their real estate career. Our onboarding, mentorship, and training are designed to get you up to speed on the fundamentals and show you a clear path to start generating business quickly.

What technology and tools do you provide?
We’re a modern, tech‑forward brokerage. You’ll have access to MLS, our unique digital marketing and social media support, and a core AI-Powered CRM system and other tools/software you’ll need to manage contacts, listings, marketing campaigns, social media, and transactions efficiently, along with guidance on how to actually use them to grow your business.

Do you offer office space and in‑person support?
Yes. We have physical office space in our local market with work stations, conference rooms for meeting clients, and in‑person access to leadership and support staff. You can choose a balance of in‑office/on-site and remote work that fits your goals.

Can I start or grow a team here?
Yes. We support both individual agents and teams. If you’re a team leader or thinking about starting or bringing a team to us, we’ll help you structure it in a way that keeps costs manageable and makes it easy for you to 'setup shop' with us.

What states are you licensed in?
We are currently licensed in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. As we grow, you’ll have opportunities to expand your business across state lines under one brokerage umbrella for maximum exposure.

Are you a franchise or independent?
